ABOUT KAREN
I am a registered social worker and have been providing psychotherapy for individuals for 30+ years. I have a strong desire to support clients through life challenges and I enjoy witnessing the changes they achieve through a positive counselling experience.

Throughout my life, I have witnessed how self-doubt, low self-esteem or negative beliefs can hold a person back in their life. I thrive on helping others to re-discover and embrace their true selves – to be freed from the painful burdens that life events or others have placed on them.

Qualifications
I am a Registered Social Worker who holds a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto. I am a member in good standing with the OASW and the OCSWSSW.
I have worked in a variety of settings including children's mental health agencies, school boards, family service agencies, university/colleges, etc.
I have been working as a private practitioner since 2014.
